O EMA 2021, principal premiação da MTV europeia, anunciou nesta quarta-feira (20) a lista de seus indicados. Na categoria “Melhor Artista Brasileiro”, os lembrados foram Anitta, Pabllo Vittar, Luísa Sonza, Ludmilla e Manu Gavassi.
Nas categorias gerais, o artista mais indicado foi Justin Bieber, com oito nomeações. Doja Cat e Lil Nas X aparecem na segunda posição, com seis indicações, enquanto um trio de artistas empata pelo 3º lugar: Ed Sheeran, Olivia Rodrigo e The Kid LAROI.
BTS também se destaca com quatro indicações ao todo, incluindo a categoria exclusiva para k-pop. Nela, o septeto compete contra Lisa e Rosé (do BLACKPINK), Monsta X, NCT 127 e TWICE.
A prêmiação será exibida ao vivo no dia 14 de novembro, na MTV, diretamente do Papp László Budapest Sportaréna, na Hungria.
